Finisher Medals
Participants who complete the run will receive a finisher's medal upon crossing the finish line
Rules & Regulation
- Entry fee is not refundable
- Wearing official bib and event T-shirt is compulsory during the event.
- Running bib must be on the outside of clothing (front) at all time.
- The organiser shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise.
- Runners must follow the route at all time and are not allowed to divert to take short-cuts
- Officials deserve the right to disqualify any participants that fail to comply the rules and regulations.
- Refreshment: A light breakfast will be provided to all participants.
- Organiser is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, death and other unforeseen occurrences before, during and after the event. Organiser reserve the right to amend and/or make changes to the event rules, terms and conditions, race routes and/or other arrangements as they deem fit/appropriate, to cancel, to postpone or reschedule the event date to a later date for the safety of the participants and/or to prevent any unforeseen
hazards in the running of the race, at any time without prior notice to the participants. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the participants prior to the date of the race. The organiser shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
- All decisions made by the organizer are final, and no disputes shall be entertained.
- Basic first aid will be available during the event. Participants are responsible for their own medical needs and should seek professional advice before participating.
- By registering, participants consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. The organiser may use these images/videos for promotional purposes without compensation.
- The organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
- The Youth U18 category (C &D) is open to participants who are below 18 (13-17) years old who are currently enrolled at LMS School during event date. Parental/guardian consent is mandatory; Proof of age may be required upon registration.
WAIVER CLAUSE
I/We, the participant and parent/guardian, confirm that the information provided is true and agree to abide by all event rules. I/We understand that participation is at our own risk and agree not to hold the organizer or sponsors liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage arising before, during, or after the event.
PDPA Notice & Consent
By registering, you consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of your personal data (including but not limited to name, identification number, contact information, and emergency contact details) for purposes related to event registration, participant verification, event operations, safety, communications, and reporting. Your data may be shared with authorised parties involved in managing the event where necessary. We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data and retain it only as long as required for the purposes stated or as required by law.
